Cleans proteins and burnt fats very well on very dirty surfaces. Penetrates dirt by creating foam, does not leave residue or deposits after rinsing. Chlorine-free. Can be used on stainless steel, plastic, and ceramic surfaces. Not suitable for cleaning equipment and surfaces containing soft metals such as aluminum and galvanized. Very strong in dissolving oil and protein and removing heavy dirt.

WTR SIGMA NCL is a high alkaline, liquid form open area cleaning product used in the food industry.
Direction for Use
Applied as foam for cleaning walls, floors, and equipment. Used for cleaning floors and equipment in all food facilities such as meat, poultry, and fish. Application steps are as follows: After coarse dirt is removed, a good pre-rinse should be done preferably with water at 40-50°C.
2. Foam Application: All surfaces to be cleaned are covered with foam at 0.5%-2.0% concentration product solution. Preferred contact time is 10-15 minutes. When encountering carbonized dirt layers, contact time and concentration can be increased.
3. Final Rinse: All surfaces are rinsed with water until no alkaline residue remains.
